First, I want to say that I do not recommend this place. Secondly, I'm giving 2 stars for how quickly they got the job done. I deducted 3 stars for poor customer service & rudeness. Less than 3 blocks away, I ran over a screwdriver head and it pierced my tire. This tire shop happened to be where I stopped to inspect my tire. Saw the damage and proceed into the drive thru as the signs instructed. When I pulled up, apparently I didn't drive up close enough bc the older looking Hispanic guy gave me attitude and rudely signaled for me to pull up closer, which was less than 4 feet. I got out and said, "hello" and out of the 3 workers no one said anything or greeted me in any way. So I stood there, waiting to be helped. The Hispanic guy came back around and asked what I needed. I stated told him that I ran over something that pierced my tire. He walked away and came back with a tool. He asked a question and I didnt hear him. When I asked him to repeat the question, he got an attitude and rudely said it again "Do you want a new tire or do you want to get this one fixed?" I thought it was a weird question because, of course, I needed him to tell me if it was fixable or not to even be able to answer the question. So, I asked if he could tell me if it was fixable. Smh. He proceeded to take off the tire & confirm that it cannot be fixed. He gives me the used tire price of $60, which I thought was inflated given its a used tire for a 2005 Nissan Altima 2.5. Whatever, I accepted since the experience was already subpar and I just wanted to get home after a long, tiring day. He comes back with the tire and tell me that he'll give it to me for $55. That validated me feeling like I was overcharged. Emmanuel then comes out yelling, asking if I have cash or zelle. I said neither and said I can pay via card. My total with debit was $58. AFTER charging my card, he sarcastically says "if you would've paid with cash or zelle it would've been $55 flat". I told him that would be helpful for someone to know beforehand. He went back and forth with me then apologized. I literally only pulled up at this place bc of convenience. Spend your money elsewhere.

I had a flat tire on my way to work and after waiting over two hours on the highway, I called D&H Tire and Auto Repair to see if they could help me out, even though I was working with a tight budget. They were kind and understanding from the start. When I arrived, they discovered that my struts were the wrong size and damaged, and without hesitation, took care of the issue. Mr. Privat also noticed that my tires had been installed incorrectly, so he rotated them properly and even replaced one that had worn down from the bad setup. I’m incredibly grateful for how they handled everything—they went above and beyond with genuine care and didn’t take advantage of my situation. Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for honest, skilled, and compassionate service.

I needed to repair my tire and took a chance on this place. Glad I did because I had a good experience. Great customer service, quick and affordable. I recommend.

They damaged 3 lug nuts, they tried to trick me into changing a part that their mechanic said was damaged, and the part they quoted me is not even the one my vehicle uses. I lost an entire day just to change tires. be careful with this place.

I went to D&H TIRE AND AUTO REPAIR LLC to support a black owned business and found out they sold me (3) bad tires that were 5 to 6 years old! When I tried to remedy the situation with the owner, the mechanic who worked on my car jumped into the conversation (uninvited) and begin to explain to me that my tire issues were not his fault in a disrespectful manner. This all happened without any support from the owner! Ultimately, it was a TERRIBLE experience and I hope this serves as a warning to anyone who thinks about going here. Cheap isn't always the best option, especially when they are cutting corners in regard to product and customer service! I wish I could give them 0 stars! There are other tire/mechanic shops in the area, and I suggest folks try before going here. This shouldn't even be your last option.
