- Absolutely incredible auto body and car repair shop!! - Amazing, friendly and QUICK service despite it being the Christmas/New Years holidays when we took our car in, and the packed lot - for our dented car door and side, they turned it around in just 2 days! - Mechanics and staff at the front desk were very knowledgeable, professional, articulate and kind - They explained everything that needed to be done to the car and why - They also gave us a "cheap" quote to get the car functional again vs an "expensive" quote to get the car in 'new' like condition again, which we really appreciated!! - Best of all, amazing and honest price - I'd expect other auto body shops to charge 2-3x what Diamond offered to do the work for; even our "expensive" quote was very fair, and the "cheap" quote was an extremely good price - I will ALWAYS recommend Diamond Auto Service after our experience, these guys are amazing!

The folks here are magicians! My car was hit from behind in a three-car accident (I was at the head of the line), crushing up the trunk and came very close to totaling the car. I brought my car here, and the staff was diligent about keeping me up to date, even when my insurance started lagging on getting documents to them. The work done on my car was incredible. The staff here were thorough and highly focused on ensuring repairs were done right and that my car would be safe to drive. I honestly think my car left this shop in better shape than it had been before the accident. I brought my car in again for a quick oil change after that, too. I highly recommend this place!

I got in an accident they took there time to look at it and give me the best numbers i could find around frederick and gave me multiple options to go with. My car hood was bent in and front torn off ended up replacing it all and total and they made it look brand new and kept me updated on the status even after getting the hood up and finding more damage they sent pictures and asked what I wanted to do finding me new parts on sale to cut the cost and helping me along the way. Great people inside and out and great work to my car even matching the paint to the exact color of my matelic blue. I recommend this spot highly!

I recently visited Diamond Auto Service LLC for an estimate after a minor accident, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. The representative I spoke with was thorough, knowledgeable, and incredibly honest. They took the time to walk me through every part of the estimate, explaining what could be fixed easily or even at little to no cost, what might require more attention, and what my options were if I decided to go through insurance. I really appreciated the transparency and care they showed in helping me make the right decision for my situation. It’s rare to find a shop that combines expertise with such genuine honesty. Great work by Ramiro and the team at Diamond Auto. Our '09 Audi looked better than it has in years thanks to the great work done. I appreciate all they did to try to keep costs down on what could have been a much more pricey repair. Second review: Another incredible job by the team at Diamond Auto.
