Very professional, , they don’t try to rip you off and charge you high prices like the dealership. In fact, they even pointed out things where I didn’t really need which the dealership tried to tell me was critical and had to get done at that time. I’m so glad I got a second estimate from them. They will definitely be my auto repair shop from now on out. I’m so glad I found Dickey Smalls especially Elon the mechanic he truly is the best & honest mechanic out there.

My experience with Dicky Smalls Auto was Superior from my initial call with Vee to my interaction with Eli who worked on my car. This shop should be a top-rated school to teach shop owners and mechanics how to deliver extraordinary customer service & top tier technical/mechanical services. The dealership wanted to charge me over $2500 for tires, alignment, and calibration. I spoke with Vee and Eli and learned I did not need my camera calibrated for a routine alignment. This is only necessary if my car was in an accident or I hit a pothole that knocked my car severely out of alignment. My car now rides smoothly and in perfect alignment with no need for camera calibration at a fraction of the dealer's price. Additionally, Eli took my oxidized headlights to crystal clear just like the day I drove off the car lot. See before and after photos. Their overall knowledge and professionalism is unmatched. They specialize in European cars, but have the skills and technology to work on domestic vehicles as well. Lastly, I met the co-owner after the work on my headlights was done and from hello it was obvious that their overall professionalism starts at the top. So, if you want quality service, fair prices, and professionalism this is the auto shop for you.

This business is fantastic! I had tires delivered to them, but I had a health challenge that prevented me from having the tires installed for nine months. They kept the tires and were so understanding. I'm bringing my car back for additional service.

My vehicle had a Evaporation leak coming from the fuel line. I first took the car to another repair shop. But I wasn't satisfied With their price. I then call Dickey smalls AutoShop and explain my problem. They gave me a quote over the phone and sent the quote by email. From there they gave me appointment date to take the car in. The only need one night to look over things. They gave me a call as soon as the car is ready. When I picked up the car, the radio settings stayed the same, all the belongings were still in place inside the vehicle. I can now take the car in to get the vehicle emissions test handled. I may consider taking the car in for further repairs in the future.
