Terrible attitude! Zero customer service skills! Lady there is more worried about her dog than she is working. Do yourself a favor and go to faststop title and tag service or go directly to MVA. The worst experience at MVA will still be better than dealing with this place.

I drove here to ask about getting new tags for my vehicle and I couldn’t even receive help since the lady at the desk rudely addressed me. She was elderly and I gave her the respect she deserved, which she did not reciprocate. Customer service was definitely lacking here.

The person who served me today was so rude. I came in patiently waiting, was not rushing her. I even called before I came. I told her I need the month and she asking me what month I need I told her I was not sure and just spoke to her on the phone. She said what’s on you registration with an attitude and I tell her April. Then she goes you never had a sticker since April and I told her only the year I got it from the auction and that what they gave. I even said thank you and she just did a grunt, no your welcome. I am saying if you hate your job find another one. I will never go to this location again.

I have used this place many times for many services. The service you will recieve is totally dependent on who is working that day. I suggest calling ahead of time to decern who is on the other line. There is an older woman who is quite nasty, short and argumentative. If you see her at the counter I'd advise you turn tail and try again another day. The younger woman that works there is as pleasant as can be. She is always willing to answer any questions you might have. This woman absolutely deserves 5 stars and kind words, the older woman deserves retirement.
