I was stranded on a road unable to start my car when Kim stopped to help me out with my problem. He was very friendly and kind enough to diagnose my vehicle with his scanning tools right there and then and helped me start the car. He didn’t demand anything and gave me advice on what I should do next to fix the problem. Very grateful for the encounter and hope to visit the shop should I need my car to be fixed. Thanks again!

I'm always skeptical of auto shops and auto shop Representatives because most of them are slimy and liars. They overcharge you and you can't really do much about it except go somewhere else because you need the service. Kim was willing to adjust to my needs and he got my car fixed and it was a very quick and efficient time schedule for me as I was using a rental car, paying by the day and he worked to ensure that I was not losing more dollars. I am very appreciative of his work and his honesty. It is very rare in the car repair business. I highly recommend.
