Roland and his techs were Great!!! Came in for state inspection and took care of it quickly. Was very thorough in explaining what needed to be done to get the vehicle passed. Great experience with the team here at Dobbin Auto Repair. They handle my vehicle with care and communicate clearly what my vehicle needs, the costs, and the timeframe that repairs will be completed. Even when they have to deliver difficult news, it is done with great customer service skills. Now, I wish they could give some discounts (LOL) and have like reliable customer rewards, but I enjoy getting my vehicles serviced here and I am grateful for the car care they provide.

Always honest and helpful, as well as attentive with a quick turn around. Had real trouble out of my F150 and they gave it to me straight. They even worked with the local dealership to address my issues on numerous occasions. I'm sure they actually lost money in the long run, but I appreciated that they took care of my vehicle and never complained. Solid business ethics and nice folks!
