Great service from start to finish! The team was professional, honest, and very efficient. They changed my tires and handled the general repairs with real attention to detail, and my car now drives smoother than ever. They took the time to explain everything clearly without trying to upsell unnecessary work, which I truly appreciated. The pricing was fair, the turnaround time was quick, and the customer service was excellent. You can tell they genuinely care about doing quality work and keeping their customers safe on the road. First I would like to say I woke up on the morning of 1/27/26 and notice my car was shaking once I accelerate over 60 mph because my tires were very damaged. I still went to work, once I got off work I decided to look up a place and ran across these guys who are true life savers. I explained to the owner I believe I needed new tires and that my car shakes over 60 mph. Mind you I made this call 30 mins before they closed and the owner was very friendly, and nicely told me to come down. The prices he gave me for two brand new tires you couldn’t beat compared to two other tire shops that were neighbors to this shop. Once I arrived it took him no time to get to work in the cold to change out my two tires. I believe he stayed open just til I arrived because as soon as they finished they closed up shop right after!! I just want to say shop with these guys you don’t meet too many shops that are people friendly, especially women friendly and that work with you with the prices of certain services. I definitely will be returning and I instructed my mom to try them out as well. Thank you again guys I appreciate the service. My car is back to normal driving

I first came here a year ago to emergency plug a tire; I wasn't sure what to expect. The price was affordable, I was seen right away, and the service was friendly. The plug lasted for over 20,000 miles. Because of the quality of service, Dominion was on my list to call when looking into replacing tires this year. Their pricing is more than I expected to pay but still competitive to other businesses; I did not feel pressured into my purchase. I received the same high level of service, the people who work there are professional and quick, and Mike is knowledgable and flexible. I will likely return for future tire/brake/etc., services.

I highly recommend Dominion Tire Company to anybody. Excellent customer services, everyone there is very friendly and kind. Excellent communication skills and honest. Their prices are very reasonable and extra payment option also available. Definitely a must go place.
