I recently purchased a slightly used suv from Don White's and my personal experience was fantastic. Everyone was a pleasure to work. I couldn't have been happier with price and how smooth my time there was. I worked with Ryan and he made the car buying process a breeze. He is personable, knowledgeable, professional, and all around great a person. Don White's definitely one best places in town to buy a vehicle. Something with a hemi is next on my list to purchase when I come back.

This will be our 3rd vehicle purchased at Don Whites in Timonium. This is our second time dealing with Trevor, our sales representative, and Ken, in finance. Both times these two have gone above and beyond for us. They make the whole experience so easy, and stress free. Whenever there is a hang up or snag they both make it seem like it’s not a big deal, and they do everything they can to make the whole experience very personal and enjoyable. I highly recommend both of them, and we will absolutely be going back when it’s time to upgrade. Thank you both for making us feel like more than just a number, and making the car buying experience a pleasure.

I went in for a service and service I got! These were the friendliest people I've ever met and super helpful! They will go above and beyond. I can in just to do breaks and they checked everything on my car for me. They replaced some other parts after confirming with me and now it drives so smooth. They also let me schedule a rental and that car was so amazing I almost went in to buy it for my fiance. Don whites has definitely earned a repeat customer!

They lied to my face about service performed before vacation. I went in for oil change and 50,000 mile service for my wrangler a week prior to my road trip. I asked specifically about the condition of my brakes and was told they are fine. “We would tell you if they weren’t, that’s how we make our money.” A week later I was stranded in a resort town needing new front brakes, extra lodging expenses, and two lost days of PTO. Upon closer inspection, I realized they never rotated my tires (confirmed by mud stained spare) though claimed they had. The manager I spoke to when I returned told me I’d get a call from the tech to see how they can “make things right.” Never got that call. This is the dealer I purchased my Jeep from, but they will never get any more of my business. Not worth the one star I had to give to make this post.

I travel over an hour to get there. I’m able to get an early appointment. I check in and they take the keys immediately. They will advise if another service is due. They are not pushy about it. They will ask if I want my Jeep washed and I appreciate that they don’t wash it at my request. Oil change and tire rotation and out the door in 40 minutes. I love taking my Jeep there.
