If you’re a woman looking for a trustworthy shop avoid Dons like the plague. They sent us a coupon for a free oil change which was great considering my wife needed one. She scheduled the appointment and they handled it promptly. However they tried to upsell her on filters and oil and said “your car doesn’t take synthetic blend” which is false based on the manufacturer rating and what we’ve changed all along. They also left trash in her car after. In an industry full of mistrust they continue to uphold that lack of trust for consumers.

When a mail truck decided to hit my SUV, yes a mail truck, I took it to Don’s. I was blown away with the service, communication, quality and speed they put it back together. While I give USPS a zero star review, the team at Don’s earn a six star rating. Unfortunately google only allows five. I’m telling anyone that will listen to me to take their vehicle for repairs or maintenance there. Can’t recommend enough!

Easy communication someone always answers your call or calls you back straight up excellent customer service Without a doubt the best car repair maintenance body shop repair superlative. My vehicle was repaired within 24 hours! I will never go anywhere else, I live just about an hour away and when I lived in New Jersey I still brought my car to Don's!

I hit a deer with my Subaru and they did a great job once my appointment came the repairs were made quickly and I was really impressed with how well the car was cleaned when I got it back

I've been going to Don's since 1983. Repairs have been made in an affordable, timely manner. Just had to have a brake caliper replaced on my 2004 Jeep on this visit.
