I’ve known Ismet for over 15 years, and all he’s ever done is car work — so trusting him with my vehicles was an easy choice. I’ve taken both my Audi RS5 and my Honda Accord to DPS Automotive for battery replacement, coolant hose repair, oil changes, tire replacements, and exhaust modifications, and the work has been excellent every time. The pricing has always been fair — definitely better than what the dealership would charge — and the turnaround time has been quick without ever feeling rushed. Ismet is knowledgeable, honest, and actually takes pride in his work, which is hard to find these days. Plus, the shop has a super friendly dog, which is always a nice bonus. I highly recommend DPS Automotive to anyone looking for reliable, quality work.

Honest, straightforward, no upsell nonsense, and Ismet actually explains what’s going on with your car in normal-human language. Solid work, fair pricing, and a welcoming facility. I needed an oil change for my Acura MDX, upon calling DPS, Ismet and his team were able to squeeze in an appointment for me that same day. Ismet recommended the multi-point inspection along with oil change which was excellent. I will be coming back for future repairs and timely oil changes. DPS is an affordable & honest service. Came in for a transmission issue a few weeks ago. Ismet and his team were able to help me diagnose the issue and pinpoint which parts needed to be replaced. We were able to order the parts and have it installed within 2 days. The service was fast and professional at a reasonable price. Definitely coming back
