Dub&Ring is a high quality, easy to find, very capable small shop. While specializing on European cars, the technician was expert on my Honda. Lo is very up front and candid about findings, parts, prices, and timing. He provided phone/text updates as well as videos on his findings and explaining his work. His charge was about a third of a dealer’s pricing while including OEM parts and a three year guarantee. We’ll not hesitate to return as needed for future repairs.

I’ve owned my BMW 3 Series for 13 years, and I’ve been to more shops than I can count. Most were either overpriced, pushy, or tried to sell me on repairs I didn’t need. When my car recently started smoking, a trusted friend recommended Lo. Lo made the entire process effortless. I was able to text him directly (a huge plus!) and he quickly diagnosed the problem, a valve cover gasket before even looking at the car! He was completely right which speaks volumes on his expertise and experience. He fixed it promptly, replaced my spark plugs, and did an overdue oil change all in one visit. The pricing was more than fair, especially for a BMW. For the first time, I felt confident I was paying an honest price for quality work. The repair even came with a 3 year/36,000 mile warranty, and he offers to cover your Uber ride to and from the shop. That kind of customer service is rare these days and honestly unheard of. On top of that, his shop has the sweetest dog and cat, such a welcoming touch that shows the kind of person he is. If you’re looking for honest, fair, and trustworthy service, Lo is your guy. I finally found the shop I’ll keep coming back to.

Lo was great--communicative, reliable, and generous! I had issues going up to see my family on Thanksgiving day and he took my car in. He even repaired my ignition coil without charging for labor. Took my A4 to get an inspection/diag after purchasing it bc it had a buy back guarentee from the dealer. Lo was able to tell me about the damage it had sustained from the accident it was in, as well as spot other work the car needed done. One of those things was that the coolant quality was very poor and had been diluted. He flushed it for me on the spot and went out of his was to do a second flush at no cost to me bc the first one still left him uncomfortable with how the fluid looked. Definitely very knowledgeable and thorough in his work. Knows his stuff and he will take care of you. Highly recommend !!
