Would give zero if I could. I bought four tires from Dundalk Tires and was told they came with a warranty. Not long after, one of them blew out causing an accident. When I went back expecting the warranty to be honored, I was met with attitude and pushback. The man I dealt with argued with me as if he had been there when it happened, completely dismissive and unprofessional insisting he was right (absolutely mind blowing!). In the end, I was forced to pay full price for another tire. If you choose to work with this place, expect one of three things: tires that don’t last, a warranty that won’t be honored, and replacement costs for things that should’ve been covered. This is not how you treat people especially when their safety is on the line. I’m sharing this to warn others don’t expect honesty or accountability here.

My sister sent me this place and I had to Check it out for myself! I needed 4 new tires and wanted to know how much they would be. Luis was helpful, kind and very nice. He informed me that the tires would get here in 2 days since I had special treads on my tires. When Luis told me the price, I was amazed how affordable they were! Great customer service will continue to send family and friends to this shop, and I will be back!!

On Sunday, September 25, 2022, at approximately 1:30 P.M., I arrived and was confronted by a young man & his lil brother. I ask was the Owner Mr. Gaby, available and was told he's off. One of the young man called Mr. Gaby, on the phone I ask Mr. Gaby, did he have 4 245 40 19 tires he reply yes $300, for all 4 tires. I ask Mr. Gaby, would he take $270, for all 4 tires and he said yes without any back & forward on price. I paid $270, for 4 tires, mounted & balanced with 90% tread depth on all 4 tires. Just 10% under new tires. 1 tire brand new is $450-$500. They were the best. I'm giving them 10 Golden 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 for all around great prices and wonderful customer services. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
