My car had been recently stolen and recovered but had quite a bit of damage. My insurance company recommended E & J for the fix. Friendly and competent staff, coupled with great communication, made a potentially stressful experience severely less so. I got my car back good as new. I will definitely keep E & J in mind for my future car repair needs and would recommend others do the same.

Took car for front end damage, picked up car with broken rear window. Did decent work on from end, but now I have a broken motor on back window. Claimed the car was dropped off with the window down in Mid-December. Since I was a returning customer, I gave them a chance to make it right. Owner told me he would review and call back with updates. 1 month later, owner won't return my call. Bad business.

This is my second time getting work done from them. Both experiences were pleasant, and they communicated what step the car was at and gave me a pretty decent time frame for it. So far, everything has been great with them. No complaints. Also, the explained what exactly needed to be done, the reasons behind it, and how long it roughly takes to complete it.
