Great service as always. Easy to make appointment. Quoted a fair price. Work was done within time expected. Price was what was quoted. And advised some work was not necessary yet - new brake pads and rotors are still good. Very happy with everything and will be back.

Had gone to a dealer to get one thing fixed. They presented me with a long list of things that needed to fixed. I declined and then took my car to Eakles. None of the repairs the dealer recommended needed to be done. I feel Eackles is very honest and would definitely recommend them,

I ran over a curb at high speed and completely broke the rim, lower control arm and axle shaft on an old vehicle that I was not quite ready to part with yet. Eakle's shop was right around the corner from the tow yard, so I took some photos and had some discussion with Timmy at Eakle's before deciding to get rid of the vehicle. He gave me a rough estimate from the photos that was more reasonably priced then I was expecting, so I took a chance and had it towed over to their shop. They managed to have everything fixed up within 4 or 5 business days of having it dumped on them without an appointment. Along the way, there was an additional unanticipated setback during the repair, but Timmy worked with me to keep the additional costs to a minimum and I was very satisfied with their work and the final costs. I don't live close enough to Eakle's to become a regular customer, but I highly recommend them to anyone that lives in the Ellicott City area.

We’ve taken 3 of our vehicles to Eakles for more than 5 years and we love them. They don’t try to oversell you on services you don’t need, and they make sure you know all of your options. I have a Volvo and Volvo makes it difficult to get parts in a timely manner but Eakles is always able to pull it off and get my vehicle in and out in a timely manner.

Fantastic, friendly local shop I can always count on for great service. The first time I came, I asked them to look everything over and let me know what my car needed. They advised only an oil change. It’s refreshing they didn’t try to charge me for things I didn’t really need. I’ve been going ever since with the same great service.
