Josh and his team are consummate professionals who always go the extra mile to make sure my car is in the best condition possible. Kevin manages the operation like an air traffic controller, and things always get done on time and for a reasonable price. I can't say enough good things about these folks. Dependable. Trustworthy. Fast. Fair. Kind. And then some. Not just the best mechanics in Maryland, but the best mechanics I've ever used in my life. Their lot is always full because the secret on this place has been out for a long time, but trust me, it's ALWAYS worth going there first.

I had an issue with my car while in Ocean City Maryland, and they were willing to help me out. I called them early Friday morning, he gave me an appointment for Friday at lunch time and helped me fix my issue. Great service and great repair. They were extremely, extremely fair on price too. They didn’t take advantage of me for being out of town or in a bind. I’d definitely recommend these guys. Thank you for the quick and friendly service!!

🚫 DO NOT TRUST THIS TOW COMPANY — Damaged My $50,000 Motorcycle and Refused Responsibility I made a mistake and parked in the wrong slot in Ocean City my fault. However, the towing company that removed my bike caused serious and avoidable damage during the tow. My motorcycle is brand new and valued at over $50,000. Instead of calling for a proper tow procedure or using the correct equipment, they: • Dragged the bike while the handlebars were locked • Pried the bars straight, permanently bending them • Damaged the steering lock assembly, which now frequently gets stuck • Caused failing brakes due to mishandling during transport When I called them after picking up the bike to discuss the damage, I wasn’t even given a chance to explain. They cut me off, denied all responsibility, and hung up on me. No apology. No willingness to investigate. Just complete disregard. I’ve since had to file a police report and initiate a claim through their insurance due to the damage and their refusal to communicate. This has been an absolute nightmare both financially and emotionally. No customer should be treated like this, and no professional tow company should handle vehicles (or people) this carelessly.
