I came across East Coast Vehicle Services when I was in desperate need of a repair to my RV in order to safely drive it to Kentucky for my daughter’s basketball tournament. Bill offered to take a look at the vehicle, yet not making any guarantees since it was not a schedule appt. Bill not only fixed my issue, he started looking into my generator that was not staying on for some reason. By the time I picked up my RV, my generator was running too! Thank you Bill for your outstanding customer service You allowed us to have a safe trip to Kentucky and back with the ability to run the generator to keep us cool during the heat wave. Thanks again!

We called Bill on 12/23 to check out an engine noise in our RV while visiting in MD from FL. Bill allowed us to come in Christmas Eve, took our RV in his shop with people and pets inside the RV and did a comprehensive check of our belt and pulleys. It was painful trying to get any information out of the guy on the phone on how they operate so I can get my RV serviced. And then said he had no idea when they would be able to look at it, they don't do appointments, and sending someone out would be awhile, said I could drop it off in a week, but that doesn't mean they will look at it then
