If i could leave a negitive number I would. My wife and I both bought brand new Scag tiger Cat 2 mowers from this company for our business a couple years ago. Every problem they divert responsibility, and are very rude. Especially the older man that runs the place, and his one son. The other son and Mr Tom especially are great, but you are only as good as the rest of your team. If you are a commercial guy that spends a bunch of money on new stuff to have a warranty, and need your equpment to make a living do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. You are no more to them than someone that brings in a rusted out piece of junk for personal use, that they most likely didnt even buy from there. When my mower was a couple weeks old the front wheels fell apart because there was no grease in the machine at all. When I confronted them they basically called me a lier.(Even thought Ive been in bussiness 23 years and know how a grease gun works,and grew up in the automotive industry) My kohler powered mower was alway under powered even thought it was the same HP as my wifes kawi. My starter went up under the warranty period, but wasn't covered because they were able to fix it and didnt "need replacing" "it your fault it got wet, even thought it got parke in a pole barn every day it was getting used"(in other words ,its easier to get money out of me than scag). Im sure there were other things as well, but these are the major ones with my mower that stand out right this second. The real reason Im here writting this review now is I have had them fix the same problem 4 or 5 times on my wifes mower, and been charged every time. One of which was a whole new cultch. The last time was my last time I will ever go back. The guy was once again rude when I confronted him about the problem after the 4th or 5th time. They charged me $125 and took them a week and a half to put 1 single bolt in the clutch. On top of that when i got it back it was out of ajustment. When I turn the machine on the blade spin slowly without being engaged. Now less than a year later, and only cutting my own yard with this machine (30 mins a week) I'm broke again. With 500 hours on the mower this is ridiculous. The whole cultch bracket is torn in 2 and it has spun around ripping the wires out again. So now I have to buy another cultch again because these clowns can't fix a cultch correctly. Another problem with this company ocured with my 86 year old grandfather that they tried to take advantage of. He paid them to fix his backhoe. He got it back and the problem wasn't fixed. On top of that he received some over inflated bill. It was something like $50-100 for shop rags. He ask them to come to his farm and fix what he had already paid them to do, and they charge him for a moble mechanic service call. Do yourself afavor and stay away from this place.

Found Bobby and his team at Eastern and was very happy I did! I had called my dealer about a spring oil change and tune-up, because I had to go there anyway to address one recall item. Two birds, one stone, right? Wrong! I almost keeled over when i got the estimate for what the charges would be for basic maintenance service (I know, I know.) New to Easton, I researched local shops, read the reviews and was so pleased with the service, the price and all the work they did to keep my car healthy and happy. My 2015 wagon can continue to age in place, juiced up with all her new fluids and filters!
