I recently took my Ford Mustang to Eby's Garage in Boonsboro, Maryland for a tire rotation, and tire alignment. It was my first time there, and boy am I glad I went! The customer service I received before I even brought my car there is second to none. Once there, they were professional, and knowledgeable about my vehicle getting the work I needed done quickly, and efficiently. Eby's Garage isn't one of those places that try to make money off of naive women that know nothing about vehicles. I know this, because I asked if I needed my tires balanced in addition to the other work I was getting done. They were honest, and not interested in ripping me off. The employee, Jeremy, let me know that balancing the tires wasn't necessary for my car at that time. My car rides very smoothly now, and the front end is aligned better than it ever has been. I will definitely be a return customer, and I recommend Eby's Garage in Boonsboro to everyone! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! A+++++

I am from out of state and was traveling on I-70 when my power steering pump went out. Eby’s garage was recommended to me. They were very professional, knowledgable, fair pricing, and friendly. I went in late in the day, and they had my vehicle ready to go early the next morning. If I lived locally, they would be the mechanics I used regularly.

Eby’s replaced free of charge to me the valve cover that was originally done on January 2025 and was found to be defective. I feel sometimes being a woman places take advantage of us. Their honesty impressed me and was very much appreciated. Also they noticed a check engine light that was diagnosed as a faulty spark plug. This was installed at only the price of the item. My car is running beautifully now and I feel safer for myself and my granddaughter driving.

We dropped our car off, they had a response for us early the next day. They told us up front the brakes were not really necessary, and the other issue, the they couldn’t quite detect, thinking it was probably the transmission. We appreciate their honesty and strait forwardness.
