I’m a little late in posting this but wanted to share my experience with this business. I brought my Audi in for an oil change after seeing other positive reviews. I was able to make an appointment for the same day and when I arrived, they seemingly started on it right away. Afterward, Aaron provided a really detailed explanation of other maintenance I should consider and provided estimates. Repairs in general are costly but compared to other estimates I’ve received, these were much less and more importantly seemed reasonable and fair. I’d definitely recommend and will be returning.

Twice I have brought my vehicle to EC Auto (For main computer repair and Purge Valve repair ) and both times they have fixed my car in a speedy manner. They were able to diagnose the car the same day I brought it in and would take 1-2 days to fix it. The staff is friendly and attentive.

This place is fast and efficient also cost is good! Definitely come if you need your car fix! Every dollar spend here is worth the money. They fix my door and also fix future problem I might have!

Brought in My K900 for service and the team there was exceptionally helpful with solutions to present maintenance concerns I had as well as a wealth of information of how to service the, somewhat rare, vehicle that I have. Great & friendly place to take a vehicle, will definitely be back for more repairs and enhancements.

Just recently learned about East Coast EV and wow, what a life saver! The location is super easy to find, good parking and is a professional shop. Not some mom and pop place in the middle of nowhere. I have a 2013 S85 with 156K on it. It's on its 3rd (and last) motor replacement under Tesla warranty. I thought my car was pretty much near death. When I called ECEV for the first time, I remember how willing the owner was to answer all my questions in detail (and I had a lot of questions!) After East Coast EV took in my vehicle, they quickly thoroughly contacted me with a detailed written description of all the issues (some of which I wasn't even aware) including pictures. Every single time I called to ask questions the owner was always in a very nice mood, never rushed me off the phone, gave super detailed answers, extremely professional and absolutely knows EV's. My car actually needed the very well known Coolant Delete Bypass service and a whole new suspension. Talk about "like new", I can now drive down the bumps of any street in the city and the vehicle is quiet as when it was new and drives straight as an arrow. Will absolutely be coming back in January for the Coolant Delete service with an aftermarket manifold. Thank you East Coast EV!
