This place is always professional. I've come in a few times over the years for business and personal vehicles and they are always so prompt with their service.

We had two glass tops placed, one over a stone kitchen table and the other over a painted, wooden desk! Everyone was professional, friendly and helpful and the installation was very efficient both times. So wonderful being able to work with a local small business! Highly recommend and will use them again in the future!

Economy Glass started off well enough. I had one window to repair, which they did. The difficulty started when it was time to install the window. I was quoted a price of $95 which I agreed to for the install on top of the $240 to repair the window. The first day scheduled, I received a call asking to push back the time from morning to afternoon which was fine. By the afternoon, I received another call stating they would not be able to come at all that day. Frustrating but still not a major problem. The following business day, someone arrived with the window, was on my property for all of two minutes, and stated he could not complete the install (?!) I spoke with the office receptionist who told me she could have someone else come out the following day who was apparently better skilled. Unfortunately, this is the last communication I have received from Economy Glass, so I guess they have ghosted a customer. Again, we are talking about a GLASS COMPANY...that is unable to install ONE WINDOW. I debated giving them one star but at least they actually came out to my house and returned the window. My advice is to go with a more competent company that won't leave you hanging. Based on some of the negative reviews posted, they seem to ignore customers if the job becomes too much of a problem for them.

I wish I could give an honest review for their quality of work, however their customer service is atrocious and I can’t even get them to return a call or complete a job. I called over a month ago to get two window balances repaired in my home. They told me to bring the old balance in so they can match it and order two more. I brought the window balance in and they said they would reach out for a repair date once it was ordered. I heard nothing for a week so I call again and they wanted me to send an email with pictures of the window. No problem, I send them the pictures but again hear nothing back. I called them back a week later and they said someone will have to come out to actually look at the window. That’s as far as I got with them, as I’ve heard nothing back for a month. I’ll give them credit that someone did come out to look at the balances that need replaced, however that was two weeks ago with no word from them. I understand businesses are all busy right now. But it’s a pretty poor business practice when the customer has to reach out multiple times to try to pay and make the company money for a job. I recommend searching elsewhere for jobs of this nature.
