I honestly can’t say enough great things about Tyler and the team at EcTechnik. This was my first experience being one of their customers, and from the very first interaction it became clear that this shop operates at a completely different level. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I brought my 2009 Porsche 911 Turbo in for a major preventative service, including welding the coolant pipe fittings, pinning the camshaft sleeves, and replacing every major wear item, seal, O-ring, and rubber hose. They also installed new shocks and struts. This was a big, involved job, and EcTechnik handled it with a level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail that truly sets them apart. I reached out to several highly regarded Porsche shops in the area, and from the very first interaction, Tyler, the owner and a Porsche Master Technician, stood head and shoulders above the rest. His communication was outstanding, clear, professional, honest, and incredibly knowledgeable. Within a week, he provided a detailed and thoughtful estimate that inspired a lot of confidence. Once the work began, the experience only got better. Tyler and the rest of the team, Mike and Josh, both Porsche Master Technicians as well, kept me updated throughout the entire process with regular communication and photos. It was honestly really fun seeing the car go through the different stages of disassembly and reassembly. For such a massive job, their organization and precision were impressive, and their attention to detail was next level. When I picked the car up, it was pristine, somehow looking even better than when I dropped it off. The engine bay looks factory fresh and the car feels completely bulletproof thanks to their work. It was obvious they treated my car with the same care and pride as if it were their own, and that says everything. EcTechnik has earned my complete trust. I won’t be taking my car anywhere else, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top tier Porsche service, craftsmanship and a genuine old-school professionalism that seems rare to find these days.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with EcTechnik on multiple occasions on both my modern 991 GT3 and my Vintage 930 M491. These guys truly are passionate about what they do and are extremely knowledgeable in the Porsche world. They really take the extra time to ensure quality work with meticulous organization during repairs. My vehicles have always been returned to me clean with issues resolved. I appreciate being walked through all the repairs and being able to see the broken / old parts that were replaced. Communication throughout all repairs has always been perfect, I was notified of all issues with pictures, description and recommended repairs to include pricing at every visit. I had a puncture in a tire and did not feel comfortable letting anyone work on my Macan GTS. Tyler did not hesitate to help me. Great vibe and they are clearly a sought-after garage. One client drove 2.5 hours to upgrade his GT3 exhaust from headers to tail. While waiting, I felt like I was surrounded by like-minded folks, both clients and mechanics. So, to answer my own question... Where should I go to get any issue resolved on my Porsche outside the scope of warranty? Ec Technik. I'd probably go there first for an opinion as they have gold level Porsche mechanics in the shop.
