I hope you never need to go to Ed's, but if you ever need body work done, THIS IS THE PLACE. Reasonable prices, kindness, and care are their motto. They quoted me the lowest amount but about $400 and worked with my crazy schedule (completed the work while I was out of town and held onto the car until I got back). They were responsive throughout and kept the work within the estimate. Car work looks amazing and is functional. Payment and pickup was easy. I will be recommending Ed's to everyone I know. For real, this is the place.

I'm in my 30s and this is my first time taking car of a car on my own. For the past decade, my dad, my brother, or my (now) ex, took care of it. Plus, I just moved to the city about a year ago. So I had no one to turn to and no idea where to go when I had to pay for damage done to my car. And I'm not too much of a "car person" so I had no idea what it would take to fix it or how much it would cost. I did research online and found a few highly rated places in the area. Two places, I had to schedule a couple of weeks out just to get someone to tell if they could do it and for how much. Then I would've had to schedule another appointment to actually bring it in to get the work done. Then another place estimated over $1000. Another estimate was $1200. Then I found Ed's and decided to get one last estimate. There was no mechanical damage, and there were a few other minor cosmetic things (other that than the hood) that I didn't even notice and weren't worth fixing to me. And they knew I was paying out of pocket, (not through insurance) so they looked out for me. They said that I all I really needed was a new hood. They said they could replace the hood for about $830, and it would only take two days so I wouldn't be without a car too long. With the other places, the shortest time was a week! So not only did Ed's cost me way less, but I got my car back quickly! And while I was there, they treated me like they knew me. I feel like I was treated special. Throughout the process, they took care of me and made me feel like they had my back. That gained my trust more than anything. And I noticed that they seem to have that kind of relationship with each person who was there whether a new customer or returning customer. They were personable, and also knew what they were doing. Then when I got my car back, it was like brand new! They did quality work for an excellent price in a short window of time. I'm very pleased and relieved. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for an affordable, highly competent, trustworthy auto repair shop in the Baltimore area.

They did a perfect job fixing a dent/scratch on my rear quarter panel from some road debris. They were a couple days behind the original estimate, they made up for it by taking some off the final cost. Very happy with the work overall.
