These guys are great, I use Efficiency for maintaining my fleet of lifts and reach trucks and I am very satisfied. I work with Don who is a master of his craft, is always responsive to calls and texts and will show up quick in an emergency situation. I text Don late in the day about a reach that went down and Don text me right back and was here within 12hrs and repairs completed 3hrs later. I would recommend efficiency to anyone and everyone. Said starter was bad - it was a broken wire - someone else fixed it in 5 minutes. They charged 71 for doing nothing
