During the recent snow storm, my mud guard behind my front wheel was ripped off when I parked next to a hard ice bank. I went to EFIX today and even though they were very busy, one of the mechanics (with the name Julio on his uniform) took a quick look and asked me to wait a bit. He then squeezed me into his schedule and carefully fixed the damage so that it was even sturdier than new. Very impressed with this small body shop. Quality service at a fair price! 质量好,价格公道 !!

The team went out of their way to find the best price on parts and made sure I understood every step of the process. Took in an older Honda Accord for inspection and required repairs, first car for my teenager. The estimate was fantastic; I even shared it with the seller of the car and he was so impressed with the pricing that he’s considering taking his own car for maintenance there. The work was done beautifully, the car is humming along, it’s wonderful not to worry about the car for my son. I’ve been going to Efix for several years, they’ve kept my Honda Odyssey in perfect shape and humming beautifully. Aili, the shop owner, really cares about high quality of service and the reputation of her shop. Highly recommend this vendor!

I was lucky to find this shop. A friend recommended to me. The owner(Mrs.Lin) was very friendly and honest. I had already got a quote from another shop, but after inspecting the car, Mrs. Lin told me that some items didn't need to fix. She had the mechanic carefully check other parts of my car and found another oil leak. She bought the parts and had the mechanic fix it, and every repair cost was lower than the previous quote. I highly recommend this shop!

I recently went to this shop for an alignment after changing and balancing my tires at another place I always use (they’re great, but don’t do alignments). This shop was nearby, so I stopped by to ask for a quote. The price seemed fine, and they took my car in right away — I honestly wish they had said they were busy or charged more, because that’s when the nightmare started. After finishing the alignment, the technician drove my car out and asked if my ABS light was on before. I said absolutely not — my car never had an ABS issue. He plugged in a scanner to clear the code, but then the woman from the front desk came out and told me deleting codes costs an extra $100 (which is ridiculous). I told her I’m a locksmith and have six diagnostic tools myself — I know what it takes to erase codes, and $100 is a scam. When she realized I wasn’t clueless, she changed her story and said she was “just joking.” The technician cleared the code, but as soon as I started the car and put it in reverse, the ABS light came right back on. I got worried and asked what they did — maybe hit a sensor or something. The lady, who clearly had no clue about cars, started yelling at me and accusing me of lying. She barely spoke English and told me to leave. The techs came out, saw what was happening, and one of them agreed to recheck the car. They spent an hour and a half trying but couldn’t fix it and told me to come back the next day. I didn’t go back — I don’t trust them after that. I took the car to another shop, and they found that the ABS sensor was broken. So not only did I waste time, but I lost money because of their mistake. Horrible experience overall — unprofessional, rude, and dishonest. The woman at the front desk is disrespectful and constantly eating food in the reception area (which smells awful). Most people there barely speak English, and after checking reviews later, I saw I wasn’t the only one with a bad experience. Stay away from this place — they should be shut down.
