The Elite Auto Body team did an amazing job fixing my car. Not only was I given an amazing deal on the repairs. I had my car returned to me fast! When other body shops gave me a 2-3 week wait. I highly recommend Elite Auto Body.

Fantastic repair on my Orange Fiesta. Another shop had mounted a mirror improperly and did a poor job at color matching. Tom and his team matched the color almost exactly and mounted the mirror the right way. The other shop claimed the door was bent, but Tom correctly figured out the mirror was mounted wrong. Should have gone to Elite in Annapolis the first time!

My son swiped a guard rail in his Toyota Camry and we decided we would pay for the repair instead of filing an insurance claim. We took the car to Elite and they made repairs totaling over $4k. I was satisfied when I took the car home. About six weeks later, my 17 year old son was driving at night and the dashboard went dark and the gas pedal stopped working. Luckily, he made it home safely. The car appeared to have some sort of major electrical problem. The right headlight was stuck in the on position and the battery was dead. I got the car to my long time mechanic just up the street from Elite Autobody. My mechanic called me to the shop to show me an alert from Toyota regarding installation for a fuse block, which Elite had replaced. The alert stated that the block is shipped with green tape around the part. If the tape is not removed, it will prevent a ground, which can result in fire. My mechanic pulled this part and it still had the green tape on it and it was melted. When I contacted Tom at Elite and explained the situation, his response was "How am I supposed to know about a Toyota alert? This is a body shop." I guess I assumed it was his responsibility to know. He was also skeptical that this part came shipped with green tape around it. So, his solution was to re- order the part. He admitted that when he tried to re-order the part, the Toyota alert popped up. Not that he reached out to me, I had to continually reach out to Tom. I wanted to come to some sort of agreement with Tom. He agreed that he would pay some of the bill from my mechanic but "would not pay the full ticket" because he told me I should have brought the car back to Elite. I assumed this wasn't at all related to Elite's repairing the car. Again, at least a month would pass and Tom would do nothing. His negligence endangered my son's life. This has cost me both time and money. The mechanic's bill is $688.88. I have owned two businesses over the last 20 years. I have never sued anyone nor have I or my businesses been sued. And, I have never left a negative online review for ANY business until now. I had to hire a lawyer to pursue this.

Tom and team has consistently done an exceptional job. Always a professional, competitively priced and satisfactory experience. The reception area is always clean and inviting as well as the shop which speaks volumes about the operators' goal to make sure the consumer feels appreciated. They specialize in repairs for every make from Porsche to Honda.
