My truck had 8 year old tires on it since the miles are so low for its year. I knew I wanted newer and larger ones as well as new wheels. I was recommended to go here by a friend who owns several exotic cars and I’m very glad I did. Even as a dealer technician myself I did not trust myself to install these tires onto brand new wheel assemblies without marring them during the mounting and balancing process. Chris was very accommodating and let me drop off my own tires, sensors, center caps, and wheels. He had it done surprisingly quickly and there was NO DAMAGE done to any of my property. It is increasingly hard to find someone with attention to detail especially with modern automotive repair and maintenance. His talented personnel were also able to ceramic coat the wheels and the center caps so foreign matter doesn’t stick to them and they are easy to clean. Chris also helped me load up the new wheels and tires into my other truck when I picked them up. I am very pleased with how they look on my garage kept 2016 Denali HD the “museum piece”. I would absolutely recommend Elite Auto!

I went because my check engine light came on the day before (never did this before after 7 years of having the car), and I heard a concerning noise, and I explained what I was experiencing. The team seemed disengaged and unknowledgeable. I was told to wait until the owner returned for assistance, which I did. Upon his return, I followed him in briefly after and walked through the open door. He was on a phone call. So I patiently waited. Granted the desk is super high so he probably didn’t see me walk in. Waited about 5 minutes until he acknowledged me. I explained my issue again. He said I would have to book an appointment for a diagnosis for the following Wednesday. Not doable for me for a multitude of reasons. The owner stated, “Nobody will diagnose an Audi the same day”. Wrong. After, I went to the shop next door. I will be writing my review for them next because I was told I need to schedule an appointment too but they had an earlier day available. Mind you, all I needed for them to do was plug a device into the car and tell me the code. I got it done a few hours later by a mobile technician and got the repair completed the following day removing the check-in light. Men love to assume that when a woman comes in they don’t know what they are talking about or what we are capable of in these spaces. It’s annoying and a waste of time. I have no clue why society portrays men as problem solvers when they in fact make things more difficult than they need to be.

Had Elite Auto Service install Rear Tow Control Arms on my Porsche 993. They also did a four wheel balance and alignment. The owner Chris and his team are super courteous, professional in their work, and they are real car guys. They are very very meticulous! The 993 is handling better than ever! I had an incredibly stressful situation the day before Thanksgiving when I got a flat tire on the side of the road. After waiting for almost 4 hours for a tow truck to arrive, I was still stranded and feeling pretty desperate. I’m not from Laurel but fortunately I decided to get my car towed in to Elite Auto Service. The team went above and beyond to help me out. They were professional, efficient, and incredibly kind. They knew I was on a tight timeline with Thanksgiving just around the corner, so they immediately got to work, and even though it was a busy time, they made sure I was taken care of.
