A great purchasing experience. Everything went great. I seen a vehicle I wanted 2 days before I could purchase it. Did a test drive but didn’t have all the money. I paid a down payment to hold the vehicle and paid my balance when it was time for me to pickup my vehicle. The process was not long but entertaining to say the least. They have a loving crew that enjoys what they do. They made me feel like I was at home with family. Go check them out!!

I had work done on my Audi there. Owner asked me would I like to use new or used parts to get it fixed. I don’t like to cut corners so I choose to pay 1300 for new parts. First red flag was the owner saying he could fix it hours before I came in to pay. 2nd red flag is the fact that I’ve never been to a auto body shop that has to keep there door locked during business hrs. Any ways I paid 1300 and the very next day the wheel on my car came off in the middle of traffic while my kid was in the back seat. I heard a screeching sound before the wheel came off so I called the shop and the owner told me to come Monday so he could take a look. I came and Ofcourse the people who work there that don’t speak English told me that he wasn’t there ironically. I took my car to Audi just for them to tell me that the list of stuff that “elite” told me they fixed was not fixed nor was the parts brand new and there was more damage then what was reported by “elite”. So I spent 1300 on nothing.

I had just got a hole in my tire something had a screw head got in my tire It was the first car place that I saw and I looked online for the reviews to see if it was a good place I went there The guy said he would do a plug for my tire for $20 He did the plug I gave him the $20 soon as I pulled off my tire was leaking It was leaking it was leaking very heavily I had to put air in my tire the same day and night it was horrible I will never go back to this place again the reviews are false advertising and yes yes he charged me $20 to redo a plug I didn't expect it to be very bad
