SCAMMERS!!!! beware!!! bought a car in MAY and still haven’t received the title. the car was totaled due to a drunk driver and my family has been out of a vehicle nearly 6 months due to this man keeping my papers from me. without my title insurance CANT pay me. had us send him an extra $700 at the end of september for the title again and here it is nearly DECEMBER. and we’re still empty handed. he won’t respond to us whatsoever and now we’re looking to seek legal action. STEER CLEER OF THIS “DEALERSHIP” updated review august 2025:)- in may of 2024 i bought a honda CRV from dave, from the jump i could tell this place was sketchy and i honestly did not want to proceed with purchasing a car from him. i actually walked out of the building and got back in my car with my infant daughter and almost left. dave came outside with paperwork and practically begged me to purchase this, and my boyfriend at the time was fully convinced by him. i was hesitant but i ended up just buying the car to get it over with because we desperately needed another vehicle. within maybe 10 minutes of pulling off his lot the engine light popped on, and then as soon as we hit highway speeds it began to stutter and struggle causing my family to pull over multiple times. thankfully i got the vehicle home, but we did discover issues with the vehicle that needed to be fixed immediately. thankfully due to it being a honda it was easy fixes, and we got the car on the road. i thought everything was fine and the car was now perfectly running! well fast forward to mid june 2024 my car was totaled by a drunk driver in OC, and that’s when i realized i still hadn’t received my title from dave:) we called and reached out endlessly trying to obtain it or at least the paperwork to go do it ourselves since we needed it for our insurance payouts, we drove almost 2 hours BACK to his shop to pick up paperwork to get it done and when i took said paperwork to the mva they told me they couldn’t take it because he didn’t sign his name where he needed to. after once again endlessly trying to get in contact with him my then boyfriend finally did and sat on the phone with him forever, dave told him he could get the title for him for $700, which my bf sent for some reason🙃 after this we didn’t hear back for a month because he was “out of the country”. every time i reached out to the mva they told me they never sent them any paperwork and were advising my to report his business and get him investigated. at this point i just took it as a loss. around february of this year, i randomly got the urge to try again. i reached out to dave, and tried to get this figured out, i sat on the phone with him for an hour while he “put in all my information again” while he also proceeded to flirt with me over the phone. he told me it should show up on my mva account by the end of the night. well that night i checked, and he somehow put the title for a porsche in my name… i asked him about it and he said he must’ve made a mistake… lol. never heard from him again. thankfully just got my payout over a YEAR later!!!! with NO help of dave and emani auto imports

We purchased a vechicle from here 2 months ago and we were sopposto recieve my permanent registration, didn't!!! I went to m.v.a. they said he NEVER SENT the paper work my in. So we went to emani automotive for the 2nd time , there again he was sopposto send it in the paperwork AND NEVER DID FOR THE 2ND TIME , VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! YOU DONT DO BUSINESS THAT WAY PERIOD !!!!!!!!!!!!!! STILL NO TITLE !!! MVA SAID EMANI NEVER SENT THE PAPERWORK IN !!! UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!!!!!!!
