Imagine your car breaking down for the same issue you had 8months ago‼️ Getting it towed then paying to get it towed again to a shop(Empressions Auto 1907 N Chester Street) To a shop owner you’ve used over 15years!! Only to find out the BRAND NEW PARTS you gave this person wasn’t used to fix your car! Which is the reason now not even a year later your car breaking down again for the same problem! And this person immediately tries to order more parts & do the work again instead of taking accountability & lying!! Acting like he forgot he did the job while you have the evidence of texts & Zelle. I gave this man brand new parts & the parts that was on my car were from a junk yard‼️‼️ Just informing yall of MY EXPERIENCE! If you had a bad experience also inbox me & maybe we can talk about you joining my lawsuit ‼️‼️

This place is the best! It was recommended to me by my grandmother and they have not disappointed! They helped me with my Pickup several times. I work with Shawn and he is hands down the best mechanic I’ve ever worked with. Quick, knowledgeable, fair and honest. Not only did he check in with me every step of way but he had my truck which needed an entire rear end replace back to me within DAYS to get my business back rolling. I would HIGHLY recommend yall work with them.

Shortly after paying my vehicle off, it began to make a noise that cause me to worry; I thought I was going to have to buy a new car. I couldn't afford it. I called a friend and she told me about Mr. Shawn. He was patient, courteous and professional. He replaced my power steering pump and got me back on the road. I have not had a problem since. Thanks Mr. Shawn!
