I highly recommend English Auto. They never disappoint. They are honest, fair, professional, and kind. I have been a customer well over 3 years. I love it there. They are transparent with pricing. I brought my BMW in for an oil change and had an absolutely amazing experience. The staff was professional, honest, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need — which is rare these days. They were fast, friendly, and explained everything clearly. It’s refreshing to find a shop with integrity that treats their customers with respect. English Auto gave me a poor alignment, suggested that I had hit something to cause damage to my suspension, and informed me (after I called) that they were unable to adjust the camber any further. I received no call before I picked it up and no mention of it before I paid. When I called, the tech suggested I look into buying completely new suspension from Porsche, since mine was damaged and couldn't be further adjusted. I immediately took my car to another shop where they had ZERO problem at all performing a proper alignment.
