Wow, just wow. My car broke down while illegally parked in a snowstorm. Erick answered the phone and as someone new to Baltimore, I had to cross my fingers and hope for the best. He is AMAZING! He got my 15 year old Mercedes with 200k miles back running, did a service, found me not one but two aftermarket key fobs (dealer wanted $700 each!), replaced a tire, fixed my headlights, and more. He was communicative and honest throughout. We texted and FaceTimed and I was always aware of what was going on. He’s for sure my new Baltimore car repair shop. I’m so thankful for good and honest and knowledgeable people like Erick!

I've been taking my cars to Erick for over a year now. Erick is always very easy to communicate with, transparent, and can get the job done quickly. He's helped fix dents, buffed paint, replaced tires, tire realignment, and fixed tail lights. Cannot recommend using anyone else but Erick and his team. Just don't use him too much, because I still need him to help me with my car issues!

Erick charges a surprise diagnostic fee just for declining his repair offer — a fee that was never mentioned before. Very poor practice and not transparent at all.
