I would like to give a big thank you and shout out to Julian the front desk and team at Euro Motorcars Collision Center in Gaithersburg. I took my car to the Collision Center and Julian was Rep who over saw the repairs. I was given constant updates on the progress and everytime I called the front desk always picked up the phone and was able to get me any info that I needed. I didn’t have to worry about leaving a message or getting a recording. And she was very friendly. The best part is that when I went to pick up my car after the repairs it was ready and it was as if nothing ever happened. The staff at the Collision Center not only washed my car but it was a professional wash and wax and they had my car detailed! They even detailed the trunk!!! The inside was so clean and I was really appreciative of the work and going above and beyond with the wash and detailing. Special shout out to Julian, thanks! Well done!

This place is legit but I deducted 1 star for 2 reasons. 4 stars for 4 reasons 1. Communication was super awesome! Chase always answered my questions promptly and he never seemed annoyed. 2. Customer service here is nice and friendly. 3. Loaner was smooth to get and clean. 4. They got my car back in a timely manner and the repairs were perfect. Brand new trunk and oem parts! Flawless. Minus 1 stars because they damaged my rear spoiler displayed in the photo and my interior lights don’t work anymore. Besides that I would recommend them

Our family has been going to Euro for both used car purchases and collision repairs for about 30 years, and they’ve always treated us right. After my accident on 8/1, I worked closely with Bruce and John and had nothing but positive experiences. They were honest, straightforward, and very easy to work with. I’ve noticed some reviews about long wait times, but it’s worth knowing that a lot of the delay really comes from dealing with insurance companies—not the shop. In my case, the at-fault party’s insurance has been slow and difficult, but Euro has handled everything they can control quickly and professionally. After all these years, I can honestly say Euro is a place you can trust and feel comfortable with. Will post before and after pics once everything is complete 🙂

Terrible experience. John Alcorta was very rude told lies and won’t take accountability for what he says. They had my car for over a month. As a woman I felt that I was being disrespected and John was not listening to me. Went in person to get answers and john tells me we have nothing to talk about. How are you going to tell me we have nothing to talk about and you have my car. My husband had to step in and take over. John lied to my husband saying I was being rude. UNTRUE Nevertheless, I received my car back within days. Make sure you take a pictures of your entire car inside and out. I was left with oil stains on the top inside of my car. Back seat leather was coming off, I now have bubbles in my fabric near back window on each sides. Didn’t bother to take it back because they would have denied it. If you have some place else to get your car fix, I say go there. This place is the worst and to have a bad experience being a first time owner of a Benz. I DO NOT RECOMMEND
