My salesman was Eric Sofon and he was awesome. I purchased a 2025 GLE-350 while in North Carolina and Eric made sure that everything was taken care of before I got there. We processed all the paperwork over the phone and I knew all the numbers before I drove 4 hrs to the dealership. I encountered a small issue with my insurance and Eric gladly took over and reached out to customer support and made sure the correct paperwork was emailed to the dealership. The finance manager Senayet was amazing! She processed all the paperwork quickly and professionally. She was engaging and answered all my questions. I even called about a week later with a question and she was eager to help. I will definitely come back to Euro Motorcars Germantown for my next Mercedes purchase!

We have visited this Mercedes service dealer twice for major repairs. The first visit was for a significant engine adjustment, which ended up taking about five days despite their promise that it would be completed in two. The second visit was more problematic. We brought the car in because of a yellow engine warning light. After diagnosing the issue, they told us a lever needed to be replaced. The quoted cost was quite high, including the price of the part and around ten hours of labor. It then took them about three weeks to schedule the repair appointment, although there were some winter conditions during that time. They also promised to refund the diagnostic fee and apply a 15% discount. However, the repair itself was delayed again because they had forgotten to order the part. What was most frustrating was the series of small excuses used to buy time. It would have been far better if they had simply acknowledged the mistake. Once the repair was completed, getting the promised discount became another challenge. It seemed as though the agreement had not been written down anywhere, which made the situation feel like we were asking for something unreasonable rather than receiving what had already been promised. Unfortunately, things became even more difficult with the loaner car. There was a minor road incident entirely caused by another driver, and paint splashed onto the loaner vehicle. In the rush and confusion, the loaner was returned. Some paint removal had already been attempted, but the dealership did not allow us to address it further. Instead, they charged an extremely large amount for cleaning it—something like 15 hours of regular labor. This seemed excessive. When we asked for a detailed invoice explaining the labor charges, the service manager repeatedly avoided providing it. That made the situation feel even more questionable, as the work likely took an hour or so, yet it was billed as nearly a full day of labor. We had been told that this dealership was one of the better Mercedes service centers in the area, but this experience suggests otherwise. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend this service center.

Benjamin at Euro motors made my experience so memorable. I traded in my 23 year old E class Benz. I bought a Gla250 . His kindness made parting with my car easier than expected. His knowledge and expertise was outstanding. He took the time to explain everything to me. Even came in on his day off. Highly recommend this gentleman and the staff at Germantown. Thank you!
