I’m so disappointed of the shop. We never gonna recommend it. We get it here because of a light on the dashboard, they said that we need to replace two air converters valve, that work was $1711. After that, car start to smell gas inside and leak outside, another light pop up, we call and take the car back, they said than the car need new spark plugs and coils, that work was $1300. After we take the car the smell and the leak was still there (both repair than I mention before take one complete week to be fix) we call about the smell again and they diagnostic and say than we have to pay around $1500 to fix it…. How is this posible, car never have gas leak or smell that bad. I honestly never recommend this shop to nobody, after $3000 the car is worth and I need to take it to another shop to fix the problem they cause. What gonna happen if the car get fire because of it? What happen if we get injure it because of it. Please guys don’t take the car to this place. Answer after the shop comment: After take the car to the dealer (professionals) the gas pump was broke. How that part gonna broke if nobody touch it like you said ?? Car start smell gas after the first repair in your shop, I call Wednesday, after 4 days you return the car. You said no business gonna live without honestly, so start over there because apparently you don’t have. I attached a photo so you can see. And every one here can see it. You pretend to charge me $1500 to replace the pump (because when I called the guy over there tell me than maybe can be the gas pump. So you already knew it ???))) I keep telling everybody here, don’t go to this place, no profesional and not honestly. Photo: both plugs In and Out broke.

Very knowledgeable car shop for luxury vehicles. I appreciate Molly for her exceptional customer service and the shop for being attentive the problems I was having with my Audi! Definitely would recommend this shop to anyone who loves their car and wants to truly get it to its best performance.

Where to start. I finally found the business card of the company that Jerked me out of a good amount of money. I found this company online and based my decision off of the reviews, had I actually looked at the 1 start views I would have saved myself. *** PLEASE DON’T USE THIS COMPANY OF YOU HAVE A EURO CAR *** Needed a replacement on my timing belt and new water pump. Parts are not expensive but the time to fix this in my Volvo XC 90 should have taken less than 6 hours. It took over a Week and was told it would only take 2 days. I would call and get told that they needed a couple of days each time I called. I finally took an uber to see what was happening. And met the Owner…. He started the conversation again saying he needed more time and that he was waiting for a water pump. I told him because of the time I would take it to another shop ( Volvo ), and immediately he says I have the part and says it’s right here. We argue for a bit about integrity because there was none. After 48hrs the car was ready… I moved to California and had the car shipped. After two days of driving it out here, it broke down. Took it to Volvo and was told that the pump wasn’t replaced and the timing belt wasn’t either. All in all I had to pay again to get it fixed? It was $2,000 for timing belt, water pump and new sensors but it runs like a beauty. Sorry to post this because I usually don’t let things bother me but this level of unprofessional behavior and no transparency is what took me over the edge. Especially when the Owner/Manager is lying to your face. SMH
