I left messages for John and phone calls were never returned. I showed up and he essentially ignored me. When I finally got his attention, asked a question, he went to the computer to check and returned to say his computer was down and he'd give me a call....I got the impression that he did not want to provide service ...I never heard back. Terrible customer service!
