This was my first accident and they helped me out so much throughout the whole process and were patient with all the questions I had about the claims check and rental. It took about a week to get the rental and the damage wasn't so bad that I couldn't drive to and from work, but there was a mud flap-like piece of plastic that was hitting the wheel and they said I could stop by and they could take a look and possibly take it off, which they did. They kept me updated about the repair throughout the entire process, which was a few times a week. It felt like a Christmas miracle when they called me Christmas Eve and said my car was ready and to come pick it up before they closed at 3pm. However, I had work until four and couldn't come pick it up in time. Then they asked where I worked, I told them the hospital about 20 minutes away, and they said they could drop off my car at work and pick up the rental and did so about 30 minutes later. It looked like new and they did all the calibrations for the sensors. They were absolutely amazing!
