I purchased a 2011 Mini Countryman Cooper S All4 (I name Stealie as I’m a Grateful Dead fan aka Deadhead) out of state and needed to get a Maryland State Inspection. Sadly little Stealie didn’t pass the first inspection. Stealie has a passenger side marker light that was broken and I had Rare, David Bowie and Star Wars vinyl stickers on the back side windows. Evergreen could get the part next day and have the sticker pealed with using a heat gun to help listen the adhesive and possibly save the stickers as they had successfully did for me, which was phenomenal and also fixed the part and had me past inspection the very next day. Best one stop shop to get Stealie back out and on the road and in reach of Stealie’s permanent tags.

I used Evergreen for the first time this week and I’m very pleased with everyone I had contact with. From the minute I entered the office until the time I left, they were very professional and totally up with me on what my car deeded. They took me to the shop and showed me what the problem was and made sure I wanted to continue with the repair. I feel they were honest and reasonable with the repairs. Evergreen will be my go to repair shop moving forward.

I'm so glad I found Evergreen Service Center. I came in for an oil change last year, and because the staff was so helpful, the price was competitive, service was fast and professional, I decided to return a year later for my 100k maintenance and new tires. The fact that they didn't try to push any unnecessary work on me, won me over. My service advisor Dan went above and beyond my expectations and kept constant communication for 2 weeks before we decided to get the work done. Not only did I feel heard and valued as a customer, Dan was incredibly responsive and respectful throughout the entire process. On the day of my appointment I wasn't feeling well, so they sent drivers to pick up and drop off my vehicle. Overall the quality of work and customer care is unmatched. It's refreshing to find a place where you can be confident of their honesty and affordability. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend them to everyone!

Wonderful experience! Evergreen team went out of their way to help with my vehicle inspection and needed repairs. So friendly and customer/focused. Was able to get same day repair. Once diagnosed, they ordered the necessary part for delivery within a few hours, offered loaner car during the repair, and had it all completed SAME DAY! And cleanest and most comfortable waiting room I’ve ever waited in! I’ll be back for sure!
