I feel that this is an abuse. Instead of charging a moderate price to return the car, they want to hit you with $250.00 .. my car has its permit to be in the parking lot, but they want to tow it because the registration has expired, without me knowing it, instead of leaving a paper and saying look, if you don't have your car inspected by tomorrow, we will tow it away .. I didn't know that the registration had expired 1 month and 2 days ago, because DMV is not sending letters and I found out because I contacted a police officer when i call about my car been stolen. .. it's funny how I have had 5 different police patrols behind me this entire month and none of them stopped to give me a warning or a ticket, but these poor people for a month that my registration expired take it away .. the funniest thing is that there is in the same parking lot, there is a car with a Maryland tag without a parking permit or a temporary permit, but they don't take it away, there is another one with its registration expires and they don't take it either but my car that has permission to be in the parking lot they take it away, when I call to find out what happened to my car, the one who answered the phone was very cynical with me I even told him about the other cars and he cynically told me, no, we could take them because maybe we ran out of time... but he spoke to me with an attitude as if I was stupid, my daughter got angry and took my phone when he heard that she spoke English well, he got serious meanwhile, he was treating me cynically, as if I were stupid.. I am a single mother trying to survive and it is sad what these people are doing.. today I only had $22 in my bank account, on top of that it was my son's birthday today and I was looking for a gift for him even if it was small and I couldn't even do that right now I don't even have enough to do groceries at home for my 4 children.. you are abusers and inconsiderate people who want to charge people without knowing why what are those people going through.. it would be different if my car had been sitting there for more than 3 months without a parking permit and without registration.. it was the worst day of my life.. it's incredible how they abuse people who are screwing themselves to be able to survive in these times.. you should at least charge about $125 and if you spend a whole day in your shop they raise it to $250.. it's easy for you to make $250.. while I have to work 10 hours a day to be able to earn the money that was supposed to be for my children to eat, to now pay you.. and borrowing money is the least I like and I had to do it for the second time in my life thanks to these abusers.. because if my car stays there another hour I think they would be capable of charging me $300 or who knows how much more... the situation is incredible...

I highly recommend these guys. I have been doing business with them in several automobile related areas for nearly 30 years They are the real deal because they stand behind their actions with integrity and have always followed through in a meaningful ways !

I like to share good experiences but I did not have a good experience with Ewing towing this morning. Towed my car (which I thought was stolen) from my apartment complex from a spot that's clearly a regular parking spot. After I found out it was towed & not stolen, called Ewing. The guy was rude when I asked why it was towed, told me $200 and a drivers license to come get it. You know why I thought my car was stolen? Because it was literally another car in that same spot. Not only are times extremely hard out here, but when you try to do the right things & still gotta come out of pocket $200...something has to be said. No worries, I had a talk with my complex as well. Spots that people shouldn't park in need to be marked that way. Otherwise you go to sleep, wake up the next morning & wonder what happened to your car. Meanwhile some towing company like Ewing just made a quick $200 in 2 minutes. They can eat but don't worry about my family eating.

I was charged over $3500 for towing both of my cars I was out of town and not a single call or message was sent to me it stayed in their parking for over a month and they refused to negotiate a cent. Horrible human beings I hope one day they see the horrible things they do to others on their loved ones

Had a random car parked in my designated spot overnight so I called Ewing and they were able to come out within 20 minutes of calling to remove the unwanted vehicle. Thank you!
