My grandparents recently had a wonderful experience getting their cars repaired by Paul, and they asked me to write this review on their behalf :) They were blown away by the excellent service they received here. They felt cared for and appreciated him going “above and beyond” to accommodate their needs, clearly communicate with them, and not taking any shortcuts to make sure their cars will last for a long time :) As their their grandchild it means the world to know that they are being taken care of and that they will be safe on the road :)

PJ and his team did an amazing job on my 4Runner and I would highly recommend Executive Auto to anyone looking to get repairs done. He went above and beyond by repairing not only the accident damage to my truck, but also perfectly corrected a prior mismatched paint job from a different bodyshop. I walked away today with my truck looking the best it ever has since I first bought it.

First time customers and it was a nice experience. Replacement parts can be difficult with the Supply Chain issues, Executive Auto kept us current on how they were working through the issues, so that he could get our auto repaired (we had struck a deer). It took awhile, but once the parts were procured, the rest was done in a timely manner. Very satisfied with the end results. If we incur any new issues that require body work or maintenance, we plan to use Executive Auto.

Took my truck to Fork Auto Body to get an estimate to replace rocker panels. The guy barely talked to me and said his estimate was best case scenario without giving me any worst case pricing. Then took it to Kelly Body in Cockeysville and they would not even work on it. Found Executive Auto and man, what a world of difference. PJ is awesome! He was patient, informative, and said anything can be fixed. Quoted a price and came in at that price. He also did a few things that he never charged me for. Pricing is posted in his office and having worked in a auto shop before, and based on getting some work done elsewhere over the years, their pricing is very competitive. Honest and thoughtful, PJ has earned my trust and respect and my truck looks fantastic - the work is first rate!

My boyfriend and I bought a car from PJ this summer, and he was so kind and friendly, he told us everything he knew about the car and offered any other work that may need to be done to the car.
