I just bought a new truck and I wanted a subwoofer but I didn’t know how to install one with the factory radio. I can do it with an aftermarket and I called this place and they said oh it’s easy we have everything we need to do it right here in the shop so I made me an appointment and I walked in and they basically showed me what I needed. told me how much it was. I had to wait for my appointment time, but I came back on time with the money and they hooked me up. The next step will be to upgrade the door speakers. I am so happy with the sound. Best thing I’ve ever done so far I’ve got a couple other projects coming up and I’m gonna get the shop to do everything But I am very happy

If you need audio work done in the Salisbury area, this is the place to go. Wanted to upgrade my sound system in my boat and just happened to stop by to get recommendation not knowing Exotic does this kind of job. Can’t say enough about the customer service from the start with Dylan. I had some ideas but he recommended a better system for less. Then comes the install. Kerry was amazing to work with and you can tell he takes pride in his work. Didn’t realize he was the owner at first but knowing he doesn’t just manage his workers, he is one, will keep me coming back. When I had an issue with the radio I bought off Amazon, they ordered me a new one from another place and had it in the next day. Can’t beat that! Kerry and Exotic has earned my respect and repeat business.

We just had a new radio installed in our Jeep and the calling would echo bad. So they reinstalled another radio and it fixed the problem. They were so helpful and quick with no problem. Thank you for your service.

I needed a fix on a brake light no one was willing to do due to needing custom wiring, not only did exotic help without hesitation they solved the problem creatively and fixed it same day. Extremely kind, knowledgeable and skilled I highly recommend! Their shop is also inviting and has high aesthetics. I’m assuming their work does too.

I’ve taken at least six vehicles to the exotic crew and man do they not disappoint. Every time I’m left in awe. Quick work, GREAT work, and even better customer service. Only place I’ll take my car to on the shore.
