I surprised my daughter with a car for graduation, and less than three weeks later, someone hit her. Two airbags deployed, the fender was barely hanging on, and one of the headlights was completely destroyed. My insurance adjuster said we were within about $1,000 of the car being totaled, so I knew I had to find a collision center that wouldn’t try to nickel and dime me. That’s when I found Expert Auto & Collision. I spoke with Z, one of the managers, and from the moment I explained the situation, he took care of everything. He handled communication with the insurance company, made sure nothing was missed, and even got my rental car extended—something I didn’t even think to ask for. I dropped the car off on April 22nd, and by May 6th, it was ready. Z kept me updated with texts, checked in regularly, and truly made the process stress-free. The level of communication and care I received was better than any customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. And the best part? The car looks even better than when I first bought it. I took my car to expert Auto on March 12th 2025 for engine trouble my car was in the shop for 6 months I got my car back on August 29th 2025 and I noticed that the right mirror on my door had been cracked when I drop my car off to them on March the 12th 2025 the only damage to my car was the back bumper when I called about the situation receptionist told me that the technicians would not do that now mind you me my car has been in that shop for 6 months but they definitely damaged my mirror on the right side of my car . I am going to file in small claims court this week. And to the owner your response is not needed your technicians definitely damaged my right right mirror 🤔

Please bring your car here. One of the most accommodating body shops I've been to. After fighting with my insurance over a rental car, they were able to arrange things around my schedule to mitigate cost. They were quick, effective, and professional. Definitely coming here again if I hit another deer.

Manager and front desk lady were very nice understanding and respectful they and helped me out. Would have got 5 but took a lil longer than expected but no real issues
