2 visits and I call in advance to ensure they were able to do an oil change on my BMW. I arrived at opening as instructed and Tech said come back at 11am, he was too busy. Not very organized, struggling business. Don't waste your time. I have used them once for oil change for my BMW with good service, but never again. FR

This is a dishonest shop and the owner is very rudely if you challenge him. I took my 2013 Honda Accord to the shop to have a light bulb replaced for one of the front lights. I already had a replacement light bulb for him to install. He told me the light bulb did not work and there was a possible electrical problem. Having a vehicle as reliable as a Honda, I knew it was not likely. These types of vehicles usually do not have electrical issues, particularly if you keep up the basic maintenance on them. They will last a very, very long time. According to the owner, this was the supposed reason the light bulb replacement did not work. However, the truth is that it really did work, but he wanted to see what more he could get out of me, not to mention that there was not a diagnostic review done on the vehicle. As I begin to challenge him asking why would he still charge me for a light bulb replacement that he claimed was not working and claimed he had removed it after learning that it did not work. His reply was that all shops do that. That is not true, only unethical shops like this one does. I continued to challenge him and lets say that the light bulb was working perfectly when I left and both my front lights were working. This shop also changed my oil. They put 5W30 in my Honda Accord when it should have been OW20. If my car develops internal damage, I am suing. I spoke with the owner about this as well. He was very argumentative, and claimed that while the sticker posted in my windshield stated 5W30, the correct oil was put in the vehicle. Are you serious!!! Not to mention that the sticker also stated that the next oil change should be changed at 2,000 miles when in fact, it should be changed at 5,000 miles for my vehicle. I am sorry I had him replace my front and rear brakes as well. I will take my car to my mechanic to see if he really replaced them. Stay away from this shop at all costs. The owner is a vulture looking for his next victim.

I would be very cautious if you find yourself at this shop. Brought a small pickup truck here to get inspected and was told they were too busy to do it that day. That's fine, but weird when every bay is empty and the mechanics are taking a nap by the lifts. As I was going to leave, the owner flagged me down and told me that he could in fact do an inspection, and to leave the truck there. I did and caught a ride back home. About 15 minutes later, I get a call from the owner, asking if he told me the price. I said $85, which is the posted price they show in the office. He told me no, it'll cost double that, $170 for the inspection, because the vehicle has more than two axles. It's a 20 year old Ford Ranger, so it certainly does not have more than 2 axles. I told him I'd be by to pick up the truck and not to bother with the inspection. When I arrived, the owner told me that, fine, the truck had only two axles, but he was charging double because it was a 4x4. I asked if he charged double for All Wheel Drive vehicles, and he said he could if he wanted. As I tried to leave, he offered to do the inspection for $85, but I wouldn't trust someone who doesn't know how many axles are on a truck to work on it. Very shady practices- if you go here, keep an eye out for scams.

The new owner Mr. Shin is the best mechanic I have dealt with in a long time. Very honest, and respectful. Shop is super clean and customer service is top notch.
