One of the worst experience of my life with my car. My car started acting up on me and would not accelerate and at one point turned off on me. I went and asked them to check it because it is the place I always take my car to for everything including oil changes. The mechanic told me to let it run and come back if it happened again because there was no light on the dash. My car was still acting up. I go back and the manager gets mad because I "didn't pay for services" from last time. I didn't get any services! The mechanic just told me to come back if the problem persisted. The manager then tells me to leave and not come back in a very rude manner. I take my car to another mechanic, and in less than 2 minutes he tells me that my car has no oil. My car was running on zero oil and I was just lucky that my motor didn't lock up. Turns out that they didn't install the oil filter correctly and the oil had dripped out. That is incompetents and negligence on their part. never taking my car here again. I would not even give them 1 star, I would give them 0, like the amount of oil that my car was running on because of them.

I went to get a spoke replaced on my battery , they fixed it then took my air filter out which in turn caused the car not to start kept my car for two days almost then said they could not fix the problem, when i came to pic the car up the air filter was sitting on my passenger sit instead of under the hood, while the part is old and a bit worn out they knew it was necessary to make the car start!! I had to bring someone up there to put my air filter back in just so i can drive my car off their lot and they watched him put it back in and said nothing !!! Now after spending months and thousands of dollars to get my car somewhat normal I’m literally back to square one because a mechanic wanted to screw me over and get paid. Don’t ever go here. Thanks

Express auto is a place to take your car if you don't want to be ripped off anywhere else. I took my car there for tune up, these guys were so caring they gave me a low price then other places i went to. I strongly recommend this shop to everybody.

Not even good for other hispanics or africans. Know why? I'm hispanic and they tried to rip me off by charging me $500 for a change my van did not need, it needed the oxygen sensors replaced that is it. Even for that they were charging me $200 without parts. They said that "it is a difficult part of the car to get to". Liars. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST

Not satisfied. Charge u for new part but exactly they repaired old one. I asked them receipt of new part and they ignored. Also alot of time consumed.
