I had an excellent experience thanks to David, the manager. He was incredibly kind, honest, and professional. I came in very worried because the issue seemed to be with my engine, but instead of trying to charge me, after diagnosing David took the time to assess the situation and recommended that I take the car to the dealership. That advice saved me a lot of money, and I truly appreciated his integrity. It’s rare to find someone so genuine and helpful. Highly recommend this shop and especially David!

David is a blessing! I've been coming to his shop for years and he always takes care of my car with honesty and integrity. I had a major car issue with my engine needing replacement. Over $7,000!! David recommended I take my car to the dealership for the repairs to be covered under warranty. He was so honest and he saved me thousands!!!

$250 for tint removal because of the “glue” that’s on the tint, Absolute joke. And they did a terrible job leaving glue all over my car and leaving pieces of tint on the windows where they can’t reach. Do better.

I was at this location on 03/18/2025 for a tire repair. I got there around after 12pm. I was told no one was available to attend to me and that I should come back 2 hours later. When I got back there at 2pm. The gentleman I met was not available. I had to deal with another gentleman. He was very rude. When I asked him to clarify his comment, he said he was just being sarcastic. I let it go. He asked me to park my in the parking lot of the mall but when I got outside I saw a truck pulled out of the repair shop and I parked at the space the truck left. When I got back to him, he started talking to me in a rude manner that he asked me to leave the car in the parking lot. I tried to explain the reasoning behind my decision but he didn’t let me talk. So I went back outside and park the car in the parking lot. He then instructed one of the technicians to work on the car. To my surprise, the technician brought the car back to same spot I took the car away from to start working on it. The whole experience left a very bad taste in my mouth. Clearly the gentleman knows nothing about customer service. I didn’t feel valued as a customer and I won’t go back there nor recommend the repair shop to anyone. To be fair, the lady technician who worked on the car did a good job and the other technicians there gave good vibes but the gentleman in charge is a bad apple. Thank you for reading my review
