AVOID THESE SCAMMERS !!!!🚨🚨🚨 I am writing in regards to improper maintenance and poor management, had a car Hyundai sonata 2015, brought for an ESTIMATE COSTS OF FIXING CAR and yes if it fits me in terms of price and i would get it fixed at this shop, so I brought my car after an accident on may and they said they can help to fix with the help of my insurance. Then they talked with my insurance, they send a bank check of 2400$ for fixing front bumper and lights. But Yuriy at the shop didn’t tell me that insurance already sent a check to their shop until I checked my insurance company. After that, called shop and Yuriy a million times but they were not picking my phone and rejecting me. And after a month maintenance guy yuriy called me and said additional supplement is not enough for fixing bumper and radiator support, which was they had 2400$ in check by insurance company and they said they need 1500$ for additional from me. I was shocked yuriy wasn’t answering my phone calls almost 2 months and i said I don’t need additional just give me my check and he said I already ordered parts but i felt so frustrated the way they treat customers and I had to pay 1200$ for additional supplement. After coming and talking with his dad at shop, his dad said he is not coming, he is SICK, he is in HOSPITAL, I never seen these kind of LIARS!!! I got my car fixed after 3 months and I AM NOT HAPPY WITH SERVICE THEY PROVIDED!! They couldn’t finish work properly and professionally!! Promised to replace new two front lights but only replaced one. You can see pics below, I was out of town for 2 months and couldn’t come and talk these kind of greedy people on time. If you want to come to this place, think twice about their SUPER OVER CHARGE!!!

I stopped by spontaneously for a broken gas cover. Pavel and Alex hooked me up with a temporary solution and until the replacement comes in. I’m very touched by their thoughtfulness and support before my 6 hour roadtrip!

Awesome mechanics, great communication. Went to a couple different shops to fix my coolant leak and got charged but problem wasn’t fixed. Yura insured me they would Find and fix the problem, and they did. Fixing it and testing it so it stops overheating. Would recommend to friends and family any day. Thank you Yura!

I have been promised to fix my car in silver color. but they just slapped raw(black) fender, bumper and charged me premium for original. When i asked them refused to give my money back. dont pay them upfront. wait to finish the job make sure its good then pay for it. dont fall for it like i did
