I called them on the phone and they told me a set price , after getting there they tried to up charged me $100 from the original price I was told. After getting my car looked at 1 day later my check engine light came on. After calling them back for them to take a look at it they denied and asked if I had proof…do not go here I would NOT recommend them even for an oil change. Poor customer service !

URGENT!!URGENT!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE!!!They will tell you things are wrong with your car that is not have you paying & replacing things you don’t need mechanics drunk while fixing your car they will break stuff on your vehicle & claim they didn’t do it unless you are the type to record under your hood before every service like me,broke my coolant line if I didn’t have proof they wouldn’t of replaced it spent over $2000 will over charge you & the problem remains your vehicle will live here unfix or with more problems save yourself the troubles COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! Broke my bracket without permission to remove which is 900$ alone rewired my car like a 1st grader magic marker on my engine broke open my ECU without permission & that wasn’t the problem STAY AWAY this shouldn’t happen to no one I even gave them the chance to make it right still nothing

Their customer service is beyond compare. They are patient and do a good job explaining things to you. I cannot recommend them enough. I drive from Towson to get my car serviced here - it’s worth the trip on 695!

I recently place my vehicle in the care of this shop, They don't communicate well with the customer as to the progress being made on your vehicle. When I came back a week later to retrieve some items from inside it they were stolen!

Great service. I would definitely recommend this place for auto repair in the Baltimore area. I had a minor problem with my car and I was in and out the shop within 25 minutes. Reasonable prices and great service from the owner. Thanks again.
