I was referred to Fa-Rina by one of my friends. I was beyond happy with the service performed on my car. I’ve been recommending them to my family and other friends. They are professional, knowledgeable and communicative. Last, but not least, the price quoted for my maintenance at the dealership was almost triple than what Fa-Rina charged. I will certainly continue to use them.

I’ve been a customer over two years, spent thousands of dollars there, the service and treatment of customers has greatly declined. I was sent email confirmation to drop my car off on Monday May 12 I go up there today Friday the 16th my car hasn’t been touched nor did I receive a call. Mind you this isn’t the first time they’ve had my car over a week without a phone call/update. My car was dropped up there so they can fix work that was already paid to be completed by a mechanic that no longer works there and was supposed to have been completed. Everything we paid for to get fixed is a problem now and it hasn’t even been a year or 3000 miles. They don’t guarantee their work, a matter of fact, the manager a Caucasian male said they don’t like working on “BMW’s” I said yall have foreign car specialist in the title and he had this stupid look on his face . A neighborhood place that I’ve once supported and even recommended I hope shuts down. The manager even went so far as they say the owner doesn’t want to deal with problem customers he rather for them to go somewhere else, I guess I’m a problem customer because I was holding them accountable. Find somewhere else to take your car they don’t have enough mechanics and don’t value our money. This is the problem when people and businesses get too comfortable in our communities if they can’t do good business, we need not patronize them..!!! My Name Is Anthony Brown I stand by what I say.

Came to get my car assessed bc the engine light came on. They were not only willing to allow the drop in for my Mercedes, I was able to go back home and bring my Tahoe to be evaluated, also. Moreover, every staff member was/is super pleasant and professional! They not only gave their assessment, but gave scenario options for this lay-woman to make a sound decision for myself. The evaluation was thorough in itself with many detailed and clear provided pictures of the work. I was not pressured into doing any of the suggested work. In fact, I was given the more immediate options with separate costs options! This is my new repair location!

If farina can get my 78 mgb roaster up and running, we can call it even and i will be very satisfied , the car has, new clutch, new slave cylinder, new duel barell carburator, new fuel filter, new distributor, just needs to be properly connected and alligned .

I was having a transmission problem with my Honda pilot and I decided to go to Fa-Rina based on their customer reviews. They were able to fit me in and were able to fix my car by the next day. It was awesome. Great service and the prices were reasonable. I highly recommend Fa-Rina to anyone looking for great mechanics and reasonable prices. Thank you for taking care of my car for me Ron and staff! You will be my go to guys if I have any car troubles.
