Called to see if they had availability the next day for an inspection. They did and when I tried to start my car this morning I had issues so I had to go to Autozone to fix it. Took longer than expected so I tried to call and reschedule and it went straight to voicemail multiple times. When I showed up hours later the guy was a complete jerk even though I had a rough morning and told him the whole story. Basically calling me a liar since I didn't make the 8 am appintment. Very unprofessional and rude. I even had receipts to proveit. This is my first and last time here.

🤘🏼 Choi is the ultimate one man band. Fast, reasonable, and transparent about the relative priority and urgency or non-urgency of repairs and maintenance needed. Also great on second opinion inspections if you're thinking about buying a car. He caught a few things that a dealer's inspection station let slide that ended up saving me thousands of dollars.
