I am not the typical customer, my car situation was pretty tricky. But the manager Danny and his team made the process so easy and they really eased my worries. I’ve worked in the car industry for 4 years and I’ve never had such a WONDERFUL experience with a body shop! I will recommend this place not only to my customers but to friends & family! Super professional, great communication & I was always notified immediately before anything was done to my car to ensure I was comfortable with the process. As a woman who was having vehicle issues, being able to trust a car place is huge!!! Bill, who worked on my car even said he was treating this as if this was his own daughter’s car; ensuring everything was done safely & correct! I can’t thank them enough for making everything right, if I could I’d give them even more stars!

I am very pleased with Fitzgerald. They were courteous and very helpful concerning the problem I had with my car. In addition, the repair was done efficiently and in a reasonable amount of time considering having to order parts for a 14 year old car. I would definitely recommend Fitzgerald. Also, the young lady I spoke with on a couple of occasions, unfortunately, I don't remember her name, was not only helpful but very courteous and caring during our conversations. I truly appreciate her kind and gentle manner.

They were very accommodating with my recent repair. I appreciated their laid back approach to getting a quote before bringing my car in. The insurance company of the person who hit me was very low with their estimate, but Fitzgerald assured me it would be okay - that the insurance would pay for the actual repairs. That took some of the stress out of the experience.

I was dealing with an insurance claim from an accident that was no fault of mine. The collision center did a fantastic job. Especially Bethany. When the insurance company tried to put aftermarket parts on my car, she refused them to do so as my car was only a year old and explained to them that those part would be inferior and would ultimately fail. Im very pleased with how she handled everything. Well done Bethany!
