Again, excellent job on my 2016 F-150. With a very long list of maintenance and issues that needed to be addressed. FM took care of all of them in a quick and efficient manner. Best part, more than 1/2 the price that the dealership quoted. One issue, the dealer wanted to charge me so much I could've used the money for down payment on another truck. Which I suspected they wanted me to do. Thanks Ford Masters.

This is probably the worst mechanic that I’ve taken a car to. Dropped it off two weeks ago with it needing a PCM change code (P0606), I had to call these people 4 separate times and leave messages before I could get any update on the car. Then worst of all I talk to the tech that worked on it and he just flat out tells me I need a new transmission, didn’t test it, didn’t run a diagnostic, just took it on a (test drive) and when it gave the same hesitation as it was previously. He just states that I need a new one. Don’t walk RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. They are very unprofessional and will overcharge the piss out of you.

I brought in my 2013 Ford Edge for repair of a suspected hydraulic leak on a Friday morning at 8:00 am, when they opened. I waited until 8:10 am for someone to arrive and open the business. Filled out docs, left keys, and waited for diagnosis. Received call about 11:30 am and was sent a detailed invoice for services. Was told had to order part, so would be completed on Monday. I took off Monday from work. Was told again on Monday, had to order part, so wouldn't be completed until Tuesday. Took Tuesday off. Finally picked up car after 3:00 on Tuesday. Low rating because of extremely poor communication from Ford Masters. I was recommended to use them because of their professionalism, quick and efficient work, and overall 'amazingness'. Sadly, I experienced horrible professionalism, horrible efficiency, and zero amazingness. I do NOT recommend this establishment to anyone. If I could give negative stars, I surely would! WEDNESDAY, July 10th - ADDITION TO RESPONSE FROM FORD MASTERS: Your claim of communicating with me is a falsehood. I contacted YOU because I did not hear from you on Monday. YOU did not let me know there was a chance of parts issues. I was just told part would have to be ordered from a dealer. On Monday, I called at 1:28 pm, allowing time for my car to be worked on all morning and afternoon. Silly me expected to hear my car would be ready for pickup sometime that afternoon. I was informed you did not have the part yet during MY phone call to YOU. I called Tuesday at 10:00 am and was told to call back at 11:00 am when the driver would return with new parts that were ordered. I called back at 11:00 am and the driver was contacted while I was on the phone and said the part was on the truck. I was told I would be called when my car was ready to be picked up. I received that call at 2:57 pm. In other words, your claim of communicating with me is a falsehood; I was only contacted by YOU twice, once when told how much it would cost for repairs and once when it was ready for pickup. Just admit you provided extremely poor service and communication with a customer. Holding oneself accountable is a lesson you should have learned long ago.
